The body state monitoring platform based on functional near-infrared spectroscopy and motion detection comprises a computer end or a portable intelligent terminal, and a wearable intelligent headband based on the functional near-infrared spectroscopy and motion detection. The wearable intelligent headband is used for monitoring near-infrared reflecting light intensity signals of a wearing position as well as monitoring head motion and posture signals; the near-infrared reflecting light intensity signals and the head motion and posture signals are transmitted to the computer end or portable intelligent terminal in a wireless transmission mode; the computer end or portable intelligent terminal performs digital filtering, characteristic extraction and machine learning to obtain and display psychological / physiological / behavioral states of a user.
