The AR technique-based 3D molecule interactive docking system and implementing method is characterized in that special marker is regarded as the real scene, by the aid of the AR technique, virtual 3D molecules are achieved by a camera of a web browser, docking of the interactive molecules is displayed on a display screen of the web browser, besides, docking scores can be displayed on the webpage in real time, and the optimal score and the current score are recorded, and finally according to the optimal scores submitted by the users, the users ranking is achieved and displayed on the webpage.
