Embodiment approach 1

[0076] refer to image 3 A first embodiment of the present invention will be described through FIG. 6 . Figure 3 to Figure 4 It is a structural diagram showing the heating device for stress relief of the present invention, Figure 5 6 to 6 are diagrams showing the configuration of the coil constituting the stress-relief heating device and the state at the time of heating.

[0077] First, refer to Figure 3 to Figure 4 , the structure of the heating device 1 for stress relief will be described. image 3 Represents the front view of the heating device 1 for stress relief, Figure 4 Indicates its bottom view. and, image 3 and Figure 4 In , the structure of the heating device 1 for stress relief is simplified and shown.

[0078] The heating device 1 for stress relief is equipped with wheels 3 in a main body 2 , and is provided with a hand pushing portion 4 extending upward from the main body 2 . Thereby, it is comprised so that when an operator pushes the hand pushing part...

Embodiment approach 2

[0093] Below, refer to Figure 7 A second embodiment of the present invention will be described through FIG. 8 . Figure 7 8 to 8 are diagrams showing the configuration of the heating coil constituting the heating device for stress relief according to the present embodiment and the state during heating.

[0094] The stress relief heating device 1 of the present embodiment has substantially the same structure as that of the first embodiment described above, but the structure of the heating coil 20 provided on the lower surface side of the device 1 itself for heating the steel plate 1 is different. In particular, the heating coil 20 of the present embodiment is shaped to have four linear coil portions 21 a , 21 b , 22 a , and 22 b extending in the traveling direction and arranged in parallel to each other. Below, refer to Figure 7 8, the specific structure of the heating coil 20 of this embodiment is demonstrated.

Embodiment approach 3

[0103] Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 9 . 9 is a configuration diagram showing a heating coil constituting the stress-relief heating device according to this embodiment, FIG. 9(A) is a plan view, and FIG. 9(B) is a cross-sectional view near the center.

[0104] The stress relief heating device 1 of the present embodiment has substantially the same structure as that of the above-mentioned first embodiment, but the structure of the heating coil 30 provided on the bottom side of the device 1 itself for heating the steel plate 1 is different. In particular, the heating coil 30 of the present embodiment is the same in that it is constituted by a tubular member made of copper, but as shown in FIG.

[0105] In addition, the main heating coil portion 31 located near the center (inner side) of the spiral heating coil 30 is arranged close to (or in contact with) the surface of the steel plate P1 to be heated as shown in FIG. 9(...

Abstract

The present invention provides a first coil part and second coil parts disposed facing the surface of a steel plate and adapted for induction-heating the steel plate through the flow of a supplied high-frequency electrical current. The first coil part is disposed in contact with or in proximity to the surface of the steel plate. The second coil parts are disposed further away from the surface of the steel plate than the first coil part is from the surface of the steel plate, are disposed around the first coil part at a prescribed distance therefrom, and are disposed at positions on both sides of the first coil part so that the first coil part is interposed therebetween. By adopting this constitution, induction heating can be carried out without causing overheating of the plate.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a heating device for stress relief, and in particular to a heating device for stress relief for removing the stress of a steel plate by performing high-frequency induction heating on the steel plate. Background technique [0002] When manufacturing steel structures such as ships, they are often assembled by welding steel plates. For example, the deck of the ship is as shown in Figure 1 (A), (B), by forming the back side of the steel plate P1 of the deck, vertically abutting the end of another steel plate P2 supporting the steel plate P1, and abutting against The parts are formed by welding (refer to symbols W1 and W2). However, when the steel plates P1 and P2 are assembled using the welding materials W1 and W2 in this way, stress is generated in the welded portion, which causes a problem that the steel plate P1 is deformed. [0003] Because of the above-mentioned problems, when manufacturing steel structures, the weld...
