[0032] Adopt the method of the present invention to carry out PCR detection from the poppy plant leaf of Longhui, Hunan, with not adding poppy template DNA as negative control, see figure 1 , the results showed that poppy leaves were positive, and a band of expected 635 bases was amplified. The amplified fragments were recovered and sequenced, and the sequencing results are shown in figure 2 , the sequence is shown in SEQ ID No.1. The amplified sequence was subjected to BLAST analysis, see image 3 , the results showed that the similarity between the amplified sequence and Papaver somniferum was 100%; the similarity between the amplified sequence and Papaver somniferum subsp was 99%. It shows that the method of the present invention can rapidly detect poppy plants.
