The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: cutting off grapes from pedicels by using a pair of scissors without damaging grape skin, cleaning the cut grapes through flushing, soaking the cleaned grapes with saline water for 10 min, fully removing pesticides and harmful substances on the grape skin, then cleaning the grapes with clear water and draining water; crumbing the grapes, putting the grape skin, grape seeds and grape pulp in a basin, uniformly mixing the grapes with white sugar according to a ratio of 6: 1 under stirring, putting the mixture in a bottle after the white sugar is completely molten and winding a bottle cap with a plastic bag to tightly seal the bottle; placing the bottle filled with the grapes in a shade place, carrying out fermentation for about 22 days and opening the bottle according to personal demands on the alcohol degree, wherein the alcohol degree is increasingly higher as increase of fermentation time; and removing the grape seeds, the grape skin and the fermented grape pulp through filtering with a residue filtering tool and placing the wine obtained after filtration in a bottle for drinking.
