Abstract

The invention provides a self running positioning terminal. The self running positioning terminal comprises a main control MCU (micro controller unit) module, a GPS (global position system) positioning module, a GPRS (general packet radio service) network communication module, a GSM (global mobile communication system) short message module and an MEMS (micro electromechanical system) accelerated speed sensing module. A wakening mechanism is provided to the self running positioning terminal by using the MEMS accelerated speed sensing module as a wakening switch of the main control MCU module and the GPS positioning module. When the self running positioning terminal does not need to work, the main control MCU module and the GPS positioning module are both in a dormant state, and after the self running positioning terminal starts to move, the main control MCU module and the GPS positioning module are wakened, and thereby can work. The wakening mechanism of the self running positioning terminal reduces unnecessary power consumption, improves use efficiency of a battery, and thereby reduces charging capacity needed by the self running positioning terminal, and obtains a light and thin machine body for the self running positioning terminal. Additionally, the self running positioning terminal further provides differential positioning, network communication and note communication functions, and has the advantages of being high in positioning accuracy and comprehensive in function.
