The orally-taken drug is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 1-3 parts of radix bupleuri, 1-3 parts of charred radix scutellariae, 1-3 parts of Chinese angelica, 1-3 parts of herba lycopi, 1-3 parts of red peonies, 1-3 parts of corydalis tuber, 1-3 parts of cortex moutan, 1-3 parts of rheum officinale and 1-3 parts of trogopterus dung. The preparation method for the drug comprises the following steps: selecting high-quality and clean primary radix bupleuri, charred radix scutellariae, Chinese angelica, herba lycopi, red peonies, orydalis tuber, cortex moutan, rheum officinale and trogopterus dung in parts by mass, and respectively picking out impurities and dust for later use; putting the drugs into a cloth bag and sealing the cloth bag, soaking the cloth bag into clear water for about 30 minutes until the drug textures are penetrated, then, adding the soaked drugs and clarified liquor of the soaked drugs into a drug-decocting machine, injecting cold boiled water which submerges the drugs by 30mm, performing decoction for the first time for 30 minutes, filtering decoction, injecting warm boiled water to decoct for a second time for 25 minutes, combining and concentrating to obtain 1710ml of 50% traditional Chinese medicine liquor, bagging and sealing the traditional Chinese medicine liquor.
