Abstract

The tire welding positioner comprises a positioner platform, a rotating support base and at least two upright pillars, wherein the positioner platform is rotationally connected with the rotating support base; two upright pillars are respectively arranged at two sides of the positioner platform; two ends of the positioner platform are respectively connected with the adjacent upright pillars. In the ship-type tire welding positioner for the U-rib plate unit of the steel bridge and according to the characteristic of the U-rib plate unit and the penetration requirement of a U-rib welding seam, a specialized ship-type tire welding positioner is designed and the U-rib welding seam is welded by flat welding instead of transverse welding. The welding method comprises the steps: manufacturing the ship-type welding positioner for a bridge surface plate unit, welding the U-rib welding seam by flat welding instead of transverse welding and welding the U-rib welding seam by a CO 2 automatic welding trolley. The welding method has high welding efficiency and the welding seam is well formed.
