The lifting mechanism comprises a motor, a ball screw and guide pillars to make vertical lifting motion, and the speed is adjustable. The swing mechanism comprises a motor and a gear set to make horizontal swinging motion at the angle of 180 degrees, and a spring resets to be loosened. The high pressure water supply mechanism comprises a rubber tube, a connector body, a rotating connector, a rocker arm tube and a rotating nozzle which are connected to form a high pressure water pipeline.
