Abstract

The invention relates to a method for building a three-variable (frequency, active power and time) coordinate system for a miniature power grid. The active power emitted by the miniature power grid serves as abscissa, and two lines perpendicular to the abscissa are made and respectively serve as an upper limit value and a lower limit value of the active power. The frequency of the miniature power grid serves as ordinate, and two lines perpendicular to the ordinate are made and respectively serve as an upper limit value and a lower limit value of the frequency. Four lines enables the coordinate system to be divided into nine regions, and time serves as vertical coordinate. Moreover, adjustment measures for entering into each region are set. The method improves the stability of frequency to maximum degree, and enables the power output of power generation equipment to be distributed reasonably. The method meets the requirements for active power management of the power grid, and meets the demands for the safe operation of electrical equipment. Compared with the prior art, the method reduces the operation complexity, guarantees the qualified frequency, is more intelligent, and meets the development requirements of an intelligent power grid better.
