Abstract

The invention relates to a high-hardness WC-TiO2-Mo nanocoating material and a preparation method thereof. The high-hardness WC-TiO2-Mo nanocoating material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 65.92% of WC, 17.2% of TiO2, 14.8% of Mo, 1% of Al2O3 and 1.08% of microelement, wherein the microelement includes Mn, Cr, Zn, B and W. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing WC-TiO2-Mo nanospheres by using a gas atomization method; and mixing the prepared WC-TiO2-Mo nanospheres with nanopowder (prepared from Mn, Cr, Zn, B and W) by using an active agent protection method. The prepared nanomaterial is uniform in morphology and complete in grain, has relatively good tissue structure and macro-properties; under the same conditions, the WC-TiO2-Mo nanocoating has wear resistance which is about 12 times that of a common coating, which means that the WC-TiO2-Mo nanocoating has excellent abrasive wear resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of thermal spraying, in particular to high hardness WC-TiO 2 -Mo nano coating material and preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Thermal spraying is a high-hardness surface strengthening technology and an important part of surface engineering technology. It has always been a new technology project that has been promoted in my country. It uses some kind of heat source (such as electric arc, plasma spraying or combustion flame, etc.) to heat powdery or filamentous metal or non-metallic materials to a molten or semi-molten state, and then sprays them at a certain speed by means of the flame itself or compressed air. The surface of the pretreated substrate is deposited to form a high-hardness technology of surface coatings with various functions. [0003] The spraying material is atomized into fine droplets or high-temperature particles under the action of high-speed airflow, and is sprayed...
