The invention discloses fruit grain honey tea. The raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 45-50 percent of main ingredients and 50-55 percent of burdening, wherein the main ingredients comprise one or several in rubus chingii hu fruits, blueberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, lonicera caerulea, strawberry, wolfberry fruit, physalis pubescens and other small berries; the burdening comprises 40-45 percent of white granulated sugar, 1-5 percent of honey and 1-5 percent of trehalose. The invention also discloses a method for manufacturing the fruit grain honey tea. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting and cleaning raw materials, performing vacuum sugaring, sterilizing, stewing fructose syrup, packaging, disinfecting and the like. By adopting the technical scheme, the main ingredients are fresh or frozen mature fruits and zero in mildew, zero in impurity, zero in odor, complete in granules and bright in color, and the physical and chemical indicators accord with national food grade rules; moreover, the fruits serving as main ingredients in the production process are not stewed at high temperature, water is not added when the pulp is boiled out, and after the main ingredients are dehydrated through sugaring, the nutritional ingredients, color, aroma and taste of the original fruits are kept.
