Abstract

The invention provides a pile shoe and a using method thereof. The pile shoe comprises a guide rod, a base plate, a connecting rod, a piston cylinder, a supporting plate base and supporting plates. The piston cylinder comprises a piston, a piston rod and a reset spring. The top end of the reset spring is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the inner side of the piston cylinder. The bottom end of the reset spring is fixedly connected with the top face of the piston. The bottom face of the piston is fixedly connected with the top end of the piston rod. The piston cylinder is fixedly sealed in a pile leg. The bottom end of the piston rod is fixedly connected with the base plate and the guide rod in sequence. The base plate is in transmission connection with the connecting rod, the supporting plates and the supporting plate base in sequence. The supporting plate base is fixed to the pile leg. When the pile shoe is used for pile sinking, by means of seawater resistance, the base plate drives the connecting rod and then pushes the supporting plates on the periphery to be opened, the contact area between the pile leg and a seabed is increased, and the pile leg stability is improved; during pile pulling, the reset spring in the piston cylinder is utilized for pushing the piston, the piston rod and the base plate to move downwards together, the connecting rod drives the supporting plates to swing inwards, resistance is reduced, the structure is simple, and the brand new device is provided for a self-elevating platform.
