The test method comprises the following steps: a) drilling and tapping are carried out at a corresponding place of a to-be-tested billet; b) a tester thermal protection device internally provided with a temperature tester is fixed at one end of the billet; d) a hollow connection bolt is arranged at the drilling and tapping place of the to-be-tested billet, an armored thermocouple is inserted in the center hole of the hollow connection bolt via a locking nut and an axial sealing spring respectively, and the armored thermocouple is fixed in the to-be-tested billet through fastening the locking nut and is connected with the temperature tester; f) the to-be-tested billet is put in a furnace for being heated; and e) after heating is over, the temperature tester is taken out, and data are read.
