A first standard DC signal or a first AC signal superimposed on the first standard DC signal which is outputted by first AC / DC electrical signal sending and receiving equipment is converted to an AC signal through a primary circuit of an DC-to-AC conversion circuit; through isolated transmission to a secondary circuit, the AC signal is converted to a second standard DC signal corresponding to the first standard DC signal or a signal which is superimposed on the second standard DC signal and corresponds to the first AC signal to be outputted; the second standard AC signal or the signal superimposed on the second standard DC signal and corresponding to the first AC signal is converted through a current or voltage conversion circuit to a corresponding voltage or current signal which is transmitted to second AC / DC electrical signal sending and receiving equipment to complete the transmission; and a second AC signal generated by the second AC / DC electrical sending and receiving equipment is transmitted in an isolated mode through an independent AC signal transmission circuit and converted to a feedback signal superimposed on the standard DC signal, and the feedback signal is transmitted to the first AC / DC electrical signal sending and receiving equipment.
