Embedded bars are welded to an embedded steel plate, the embedded steel plate is located between an upper ladder hole body and a lower ladder hole body of the ladder hole, and a strip-shaped bolt hole formed in the embedded steel plate exactly faces the ladder hole. The construction method comprises the steps that the embedded bolt sleeve is embedded into a prefabricated reinforced concrete beam, and vertical arrangement of the embedded bolt sleeve is ensured; the embedded steel plate and the embedded bars are embedded into the prefabricated reinforced concrete slab, the strip-shaped bolt hole is formed in the embedded steel plate, and then the nut screw is vertically screwed into the embedded bolt sleeve; anticorrosion treatment is carried out on exposed steel members, and a concave opening of the ladder hole is filled with waterproof asphalt factice.
