The invention also relates to a control method of the synthetic gas washing tower liquid level control system, which can realize interlock switching between the first liquid level regulating valve and the second liquid level regulating valve under different pressure operating conditions, thereby substantially reducing the operating pressure difference of the first liquid level regulating valve, and eliminating cavitation erosion in operating processes.
