The electro-osmosis type total heat exchanger comprises a machine enclosure and a power supply, wherein at least one partition plate, formed by connecting a porous moisture-absorption adsorption material and an aluminum foil sheet, is arranged in the machine enclosure for dividing the machine enclosure into a humid air channel and a dry air channel which are not communicated with each other; a humid air inlet is formed in the humid air channel and a dry air inlet is formed in the dry air channel; the upper surface of the porous moisture-absorption adsorption material that forms the partition plate is positioned in the humid air channel, and an anode is connected on the upper surface; the lower surface of the porous moisture-absorption adsorption material is positioned in the dry air channel, and a cathode is connected on the lower surface; the positive electrode of the power supply is electrically connected with the anode by a guide wire, and the negative electrode of the power supply is electrically connected with the cathode by a guide wire.
