The parametric array can generate a high directivity audible acoustic beam, thereby overcoming the advantage that wind speed measurement is susceptible to multi-path interfere; meanwhile, the invention utilizes the nonlinear acoustic parameter--sound pressure level in an parametric array to measure wind speed change, and overcomes the disadvantages of single measurement of a traditional sound wave wind speed measurement method which only utilizes the linear rule of sound wave propagation speeds with the change of wind speeds to obtain wind speed values.
