Problems solved by technology

However, this method not only has high requirements on image clarity and light-dark contrast, but also has strict requirements on storage speed and storage space. At the same time, manual identification from a large number of road image files is time-consuming, laborious and error-prone.
[0004] Based on the above analysis, the traditional loose asphalt pavement identification method cannot be completed quickly and accurately. At the same time, the methods of manual site survey and manual identification of loose images cannot achieve accurate quantification of asphalt pavement looseness.

Embodiment Construction

[0064] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the present invention is described in further detail:

[0065] see figure 1 , a loose asphalt pavement identification and calculation method based on three-dimensional laser technology, including the following steps:

[0066] 1. Road surface laser point cloud data acquisition

[0067] The 3D laser equipment is used to scan the asphalt pavement with loose disease, and obtain the 3D laser point cloud data of the detected road section. Before the inspection starts, it is necessary to select a reference road on the road section to be inspected to calibrate the 3D laser equipment. Among them, the reference road has high flatness, no gravel peeling, looseness, rutting and other diseases, and no gravel, sediment and other sundries .

[0068] 2. Road surface laser point cloud data processing

[0069] The local weighted regression scatter smoothing method is used to smooth the laser point cloud data to weaken or eliminate the i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bituminous pavement loose recognition and calculation method based on a three-dimensional laser technology. The method comprises the steps: 1) acquiring pavement three-dimensional laser point cloud data of a detected road section; 2) carrying out smoothing treatment on the pavement three-dimensional laser point cloud data; 3) based on the laser point cloud data after the smoothing treatment, establishing the cross-section morphology of a benchmark pavement and the cross-section morphology of a loose pavement; 4) uniformly dividing the cross section of each pavement into M division sections with equal distance; 5) calculating characteristic parameters of the M division sections of each cross section; 6) determining whether the cross section of each pavement is a loose cross section one by one, 7) calculating the width and depth of each loose cross section; 8) identifying a loose zone; and 9) calculating the length, width, depth and area of the loose zone. The method realizes the automatic identification on loose, not only is rapid and accurate, but also can avoid the dangerousness of worker on-site exploration and prospection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of asphalt pavement disease detection, and in particular relates to a method for identifying and calculating loose asphalt pavement based on three-dimensional laser technology. Background technique [0002] Loose asphalt pavement refers to the loss of coarse and fine aggregates on the asphalt pavement, the loss of cohesion of the pavement binder, and the formation of peeling, pockmarked, exposed, surface peeling, and small potholes on the surface of the asphalt pavement. Looseness is mainly a typical disease of asphalt pavement produced under the action of load or water. The interstitial water pressure and high-velocity water flow between the pavement structure layers will scour the layer materials, causing the asphalt surface layer to appear peeling, loose and other diseases, which will rapidly deteriorate the service performance of the entire pavement and affect the driving comfort. At the same time, the looseness ...
