An expander capsule which can be expanded and fixed at the jejunum ostomy opening is formed on the expander capsule tube body. A first channel through which nutrient solution can be transmitted to the jejunum is formed in the jejunum nutrition tube, and a second channel through which liquid can be transmitted to the expander capsule is formed in the expander capsule tube body. A main channel allowing liquid to flow out and an auxiliary channel allowing the jejunum nutrition tube to movably pass through are formed in the gastric tube body, the main channel and the auxiliary channel are arranged in parallel, and the side wall of the gastric tube body is provided with holes which are communicated with the auxiliary channel and allow the two ends of the jejunum nutrition tube to go out. The expander capsule tube body sleeves the gastric tube body. The jejunum nutrition tube is fixed to the gastric tube body through a fixing buckle.
