The inner side magnetic-field modulation ring, the permanent-magnet rotor, and the outer side magnetic-field modulation ring can rotate relatively. According to the invention, a problem of difficult adjustment of the magnetic field of the traditional permanent-magnet motor can be solved by adjusting relative positions of the inner side magnetic-field modulation ring, the outer side magnetic-field modulation ring, and the permanent-magnet rotor.
