Abstract

The invention provides a sheet metal spraying member marking system. The marking system comprises a production line equipped with a controller, a sheet metal spraying member which moves or stops along with a transmission mechanism of the production line, a limiting section used for stopping movement of the sheet metal spraying member, arranged in the production line and connected with the controller, and a marking machine connected with the controller. Through the controller, the marking machine starts marking operation after movement of the sheet metal spraying member stops. Workers need to place a sheet metal spraying member in the production line, and the metal spraying member moves towards the marking position along with the movement of the transmission mechanism of the production line and stops movement under the blocking effect of the limiting section. The marking machine starts marking operation under control of the controller after the sheet metal spraying member stops moving. Because manual marking operation is not needed, the worker labor intensity is lowered effectively, the processing efficiency is raised, the personnel cost is lowered, and material loss is lowered effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of home appliances, in particular to a marking system for sheet metal sprayed parts. Background technique [0002] The nameplates and logos on the household electrical appliances in the prior art are usually attached to the housing of the household electrical appliances by using traditional techniques, such as the adhesive PET (abbreviation for polyester) sticking process. [0003] Since the staff need to attach the nameplates or logos to the corresponding positions of the products one by one with bare hands, there are problems such as high labor intensity, low work efficiency, high personnel cost, waste of materials, and not high-end appearance. Contents of the invention [0004] The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a marking system for sheet metal sprayed parts to solve the problems of high labor intensity, low work efficiency and high cost caused by the need to attach nameplates or si...
