Embodiment Construction

[0034] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0035] figure 1 Schematic representation of the coding strategy for the anti-homopolymer. The two adjacent bases in the DNA sequence encoded by this encoding strategy will not appear the same.

[0036] figure 2 It is a structural example diagram of the DNA fragment after coding. The DNA fragment includes a forward primer linker (18bp), a sequence header information area (16bp), a sequence data area (100bp) and a reverse primer linker (18bp). Among them, the sequence header information area includes file number (3bp), sequence number (8bp), sequence number check (1bp), data area check (4bp); sequence data area includes encoded data (100bp) and start and end information ( 2bp in total). The start and end information is divided into two parts, located at the two ends of the encoded data, each 1bp.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an encoding method and an decoding method for performing information storage by means of DNA. Different from a conventional computer magnetic medium, an information write-in mode of DNA storage is that after information is encoded, an oligonucleotide chain with a certain length is synthesized by utilizing an oligonucleotide chain synthesis technology and the synthesized oligonucleotide chain is stored in a powder form; and a reading technology of DNA storage is that the oligonucleotide chain is sequenced by utilizing a high-throughput sequencing technology and after being spliced, sequenced fragments are transcoded, so that an initial computer multimedia file can be restored. Due to the characteristics of the DNA oligonucleotide chain, in the design of an encoding mode, a random error possibly existing in the DNA synthesis and sequencing process can be taken into full consideration, and error authentication and multiple cover segment are performed on the DNA fragments. The encoding method for a DNA storage technology, which is constructed by the present invention, is simple, convenient and easy to operate and can be applied to transform the computer multimedia files in various formats into DNA sequences so as to perform information storage.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a coding and decoding method in the process of storing computer multimedia information by utilizing a deoxyribonucleotide (DNA) sequence. Background technique [0002] The development of human civilization is the process of information creation, dissemination and storage. In the long process of civilization development, a variety of information storage methods have emerged. The invention of paper enables people to store text information and drawing information; the invention of photosensitive film brings human beings into the multimedia era of text, image, sound, and video; the emergence of magnetic storage materials such as computer hard disks greatly reduces information storage. cost, leading the arrival of the information age. Today, the era of Internet big data has brought about a rapid expansion of information. IDC's research report pointed out that the global data storage capacity will reach 40ZB by 2020, which is equiv...
