Abstract

The invention specially relates to a shaft removing method formotor rotor core and solves problems that series waste, long manufacture period and inconvenience for motor repair due to direct discard of prior damaged motor rotor cores. The method includes steps of (a) placing the a rotor core vertically, uniformly spraying grease on the lower end of a sleeve and sleeving a press ring with the sleeve; (b) pouring a small amount of kerosene into the sleeve; (c) placing press boards on press rings on two ends of a rotary shaft, wherein fastening pull rods are distributed between the two press boards and are provided with fastening nuts and butterfly-shaped gaskets are arranged between the fastening nuts and the adjacent press boards; (d) pressuring the rotor core to 20T and screwing the fastening nuts; (e) removing support blocks and pressuring with an upper pressure limit of 60T by using an oil press to make the rotary shaft withdraw and adding a round iron rod on the head of the rotary shaft to facilitate rotary shaft removal when the head of the rotary shaft moves to a position below the fastening pull rods.
