The intelligent terminals are used for sending control instructions to a control module of the intelligent water dispenser and displaying information on the current state of the water dispenser so as to remind a user to drink water instantly. The intelligent water dispenser comprises the control module, a temperature acquisition module, a temperature display module, a flow adjusting module, a heating module and a water cup detecting module and is used for receiving instructions of water temperature and water volume sent by the intelligent terminals and then controlling a heating body of the water dispenser to heat such that water temperature can be reached as required and water at desired temperature can flow out instantly when the water cups exist at a water outlet by detection.
