Abstract

The polycondensation reactor comprises a kettle body, wherein the upper part/top of the kettle body is provided with a gas-phase material outlet; the lower part/bottom of the kettle body is provided with a liquid-phase material outlet. The polycondensation reactor is characterized in that the upper part/top of the kettle body is further provided with a material inlet pipeline; a material distributor is horizontally arranged on the material inlet pipeline below an opening in the kettle body; one or more layers of guide plates are horizontally arranged below the material distributor. During working of the polycondensation reactor, a material is charged into the kettle body through the material inlet pipeline, uniformly distributed through the material distributor and uniformly distributed onto the guide plates, and flows downwards into the bottom of the kettle body from guide holes layer by layer. In the process, the material reacts and is evaporated and thickened gradually, and the kettle body can be heated through a jacket according to practical requirements, so that heat transfer in the reactor is improved, the reaction of the material is accelerated, and a condensation polymer of target viscosity is obtained more rapidly.
