The tracing transmission mechanism further comprises a friction wheel height adjusting device connected with the driving friction wheel. Friction between the driving friction wheel and the centring round rail is used for driving the horizontal rotating disc to rotate, and therefore the motor is prevented from burning out; the pitching mechanism is used for adjusting the orientation of a solar concentrating mirror; the friction wheel height adjusting device prevents the driving friction wheel from falling off the centring round rail by adjusting the height of the driving friction wheel; the horizontal rotating disc is used for adjusting the horizontal direction of the concentrating mirror to trace the azimuth angle of the sun, the pitching mechanism is used for adjusting the vertical angle of the concentrating mirror to trace the elevation angle of the sun, and by means of the cooperation of the horizontal rotating disc and the pitching mechanism, sunlight is radiated perpendicularly to achieve photovoltaic conversion at the maximum efficiency.
