Abstract

The invention discloses an intervention ablation catheter with ultrasonic positioning functions, which comprises an ablation catheter, a connector and an ultrasonic instrument, wherein an ablation electrode and an ultrasonic transducer are distributed on the front segment of the ablation catheter, and the ultrasonic transducer is distributed with piezoelectric crystal plates which are arranged in a linear array. A specific location method of the intervention ablation catheter with the ultrasonic positioning functions is that when the ablation catheter is intervened into a cardiac lumen, three-dimensional contour curves of the cardiac lumen are obtained by scanning through the ultrasonic transducer, and then corresponding data of the three-dimensional contour curves is transmitted into an external computer system, and is matched with curve characters of heart three-dimensional vector models which are built before an operation, thereby determining the position of the ablation catheter in the heart. The intervention ablation catheter with the ultrasonic positioning functions is simple in structure and small in volume, can safely and really determine the position of the ablation catheter in the cardiac lumen, further can determine bending rotating angels of the ablation catheter, and is convenient for operation of doctors, thereby improving success rate of surgery.
