The invention discloses a method for determining the geological state of a rock
mass in real time by monitoring the drilling process of a pneumatic bolt drilling
machine. The method comprises: a pressure gauge and a flow meter are connected in series to a motor intake pipeline of a drilling
machine, a hall rotation speed sensor is installed a drilling rod of the drilling
machine vertically, operation parameters, including an
intake pressure P and a
gas consumption value Q of a motor as well as a rotation speed rate
omega and a drilling rate v of the drilling rod, during the drilling process ofthe drilling machine are obtained during the installation process of a bolt and an anchor
rope; according to a relationship between an output torque M, the
gas consumption value Q, and the rotation speed rate
omega of the drilling machine under a certain
intake pressure P, an output torque M of the drilling machine is calculated; and on the basis of the output torque M and the drilling rate v ofthe drilling machine, a rock
mass integrity coefficient Kv is determined by using a neural network. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the relationship between the operation parameters of the pneumatic bolt drilling machine and the geological state of the rock
mass is determined by field testing; and on the basis of the relationship, the geological state of the rock mass is evaluated in real time by using the operation parameters of the pneumatic bolt drilling machine.
