An air outlet pipe having one enclosed end is arranged at the bottom of a riverway and located ahead of the position where a fish-guiding net is connected with the shoreside. The other end of the air outlet pipe is communicated with the air pump via an air-guiding pipe installed on a fixing rack. At least one flash lamp installed on a lamp rack is arranged into the riverway at the downstream position of the air outlet pipe. The air outlet pipe is composed of a PVC pipe having uniformly-distributed small holes on the pipe wall and a microporous sponge sleeve wrapped outside of the PVC pipe. The shoreside seamless fish-driving device used for the fish-guiding system has following beneficial effects: the problem that a physical guide fish gate cannot be closely connected to the shoreside is overcome; by matching the physical guide fish gate with fish trapping and driving technology, shoreside seamless connection of the fish-guiding system is realized and the middle of the riverway is matched with a non-physical fish-guiding system; and fish-guiding work and ship-passing operation are taken into consideration.
