Embodiment Construction

[0014] A composite non-fired permeable floor tile that can absorb waste gas, made of the following raw materials in parts by weight (kg): desert sand 50, thermoplastic phenolic resin 4, urotropine 0.6, calcium stearate 0.2, appropriate amount of water, label 42.5 Portland cement 42, fly ash 5, polyvinyl alcohol 4, nano titanium dioxide 5, activated carbon 3, calcium chloride 2, carbon nanotube 3, waste glass 30, coal gangue 110, carboxymethyl cellulose 6 .

[0015] The composite non-fired permeable floor tile that can absorb exhaust gas is made by the following specific steps:

[0016] (1) Wash the desert sand with water and dry it to obtain dried sand. Put the dried sand into the fluidized furnace and heat it so that the temperature of the dried sand rises to 160°C. Then transfer the dried sand to the sand mixer and keep the constant temperature at 160°C. ℃, slowly add thermoplastic phenolic resin while mixing, and slowly add urotropine dissolved in 10 times the amount of wa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite unfired permeable floor tile capable of adsorbing waste gas. The floor tile is prepared from, by weight, 50-53 parts of desert sand, 4-5 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 0.6-0.7 part of urotropin, 0.2-0.22 part of calcium stearate, a proper amount of water, 42-45 parts of Portland cement labeled with 42.5, 5-6 parts of coal ash, 4-5 parts of polyving akohol, 5-6 parts of nanometer titanium dioxide, 3-4 parts of activated carbon, 2-3 parts of calcium chloride, 3-4 parts of carbon nano tubes, 30-40 parts of waste glass, 110-115 parts of coal gangue and 6-7 parts of carboxymethylcellulose. The carbon nano tubes, calcium chloride and nanometer titanium dioxide are added during preparation of a surface-layer material, a series of treatment processes and activated carbon are adopted, so that the floor tile can better adsorb automobile exhaust and harmful gas in the air, and then gas purification is achieved. The produced permeable floor tile is high in strength and permeable coefficient, and the heat island effect of a city can be effectively relieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a composite non-fired permeable floor tile capable of absorbing waste gas. Background technique [0002] With the intensification of urbanization, the urban surface is gradually being covered by buildings and various concrete and other water-repelling materials. The proportion of impermeable areas is increasing significantly, and the coverage rate in some areas has exceeded 80%. As the drainage capacity of cities is getting worse and worse, when many cities encounter heavy rains, the rainwater on the roads cannot seep quickly, which can easily cause urban waterlogging. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of urban surface hardening, create a high-quality natural living environment, and maintain urban ecological balance, a new green and environmentally friendly building material product-permeable bricks emerged as the times require and have developed rapidly. [00...
