The production process includes the following steps of 1) hot-dip galvanizing of a pipe; 2) zinc draining; 3) cooling, wherein the interior and the exterior of the pipe are cooled to 107 DEG C at 17.5 DEG C / min; 4), internal blowing, wherein steam is used for internal blowing, the internal blowing pressure is 0.99 MPa, the steam temperature is 109 DEG C, time is 52 seconds, and redundant zinc powder in the pipe is blown into a zinc barrel; 5) passivating film formation; 6) surface treatment; 7) preheating, wherein the preheating time is 243 DEG C, and the preheating time is 45 min; 8) plastic coating; and 9) curing, wherein the pipe is arranged in an oven at the temperature of 250 DEG C to be cured for 20 min.
