Abstract

The invention provides a novel line turning technique for an inner ring of a bearing and an inner ring hole ejecting and expanding clamp applied to the novel line turning technique. According to the technique, three independent machines are connected to form a line for machining. The technique comprises the following steps that (1) a left supporting plate of the first independent machine is used for boring a hole in the inner-diameter portion of the inner ring, and a right supporting plate of the first independent machine is used for machining an outer chamfer angle or a sealing groove in one side of the inner ring through turning; (2) a left supporting plate of the second independent machine is used for machining an inner chamfer angle on one side of the inner ring, and a right supporting plate of the second independent machine is used for machining an outer chamfer angle or a sealing ring in the other side of the inner ring; and (3) a left supporting plate of the third independent machine is used for machining a raceway of the inner ring, a right supporting plate of the third independent machine is used for machining an inner chamfer angle on the other side of the inner ring, and then turning of the whole inner ring is completed.
