Abstract

A power supply signal composite cable comprising a cross node device (7), a sealed plastic outer sheath (10), and at least two substrate cables. Each substrate cable comprises a first signal wire (5), a second signal wire (6), a live wire (2), an earth wire (3), and a substrate cable outer sheath (1) covering a cable bundle formed by the cables. Adjacent two substrate cables are connected via the cross node device (7). The cross node device is provided with a PCB. The PCB is provided with a signal processor module and a signal transceiver module. Cross welding joints (4) are provided in four quadrant regions of the cruciform structure of the cross node device. The corresponding first signal wires (5), second signal wires (6), live wires (2), and earth wires (3) in the adjacent two substrate cables respectively are connected via the cross welding joints (4) in the four quadrant regions. The sealed plastic outer sheath (10) jackets the exterior of the substrate cables and the cross node device. This solves the technical problem of low wiring construction efficiency found when connecting a power supply signal composite cable to an external device and the lack of flexibility in a wiring system.
