Abstract

The invention provides a D-shaped invasive prosthetic heart valve, which comprises a stent, valve leaflets on the inner side of the stent and a tectorial membrane on the body wall of the stent, wherein the stent includes a first sub stent, a second sub stent and a third sub stent which are sequentially connected; the first sub stent is a net tube, the second sub stent is a net tube with D-shaped cross section, and the third sub stent is a trumpet-shaped net tube; the maximum tube diameter of the first sub stent is equal to the tube diameter of the second sub stent; and the minimum tube diameter of the third sub stent is equal to the tube diameter of the second sub stent. Compared with an existing D-shaped invasive prosthetic heart valve that the stent is designed as a tubular structure with circular cross section, the D-shaped invasive prosthetic heart valve disclosed by the invention, by designing the second sub stent into the net tube with the D-shaped cross section and by forming the second sub stent in correspondence to the shape of an accommodating space surrounded by the protogenetic body wall of orthotopic mitral valve, can avoid the problem of other complications in patients due to compression on the outflow tract of heart when used, so that the success rate of an operation is improved.
