The trolley comprises a trolley body, a travelling mechanism, an orifice diameter and orientation adjusting mechanism which adjusts the diameter and orientation of an adjusted flexible air duct orifice, and an adjusting state detection unit. The orifice diameter and orientation adjusting mechanism comprises a left side adjusting piece and a right side adjusting piece. The left side adjusting piece comprises a left arc supporting rod, a left side supporting plate, a left side clamping plate, a rear hinge base, and a left telescopic hydraulic cylinder. The right side adjusting piece comprises a right arc supporting rod, a right side supporting plate, a right side clamping plate, a front hinge base, and a right telescopic hydraulic cylinder. The left side clamping plate and the right side clamping plate are bilaterally symmetrically arranged. The adjusting state detection unit comprises a rotational angle detection unit and a distance detection unit which detects the distance between the left side clamping plate and the right side clamping plate.
