The environmental data acquisition unit collects wind speed data and humidity data of the current environment and sends the data to the main control chip. The main control chip receives the wind speed data and humidity data of the current environment, calculates the current suitable environment temperature according to a preset human comfort index and the received data, generates a temperature adjusting instruction of the air-conditioner according to the current suitable environment temperature and sends the instruction to the first wireless communication circuit. The first wireless communication circuit is used for receiving the temperature adjusting instruction of the air-conditioner and forwarding the instruction to the air-conditioner so that the temperature of the air-conditioner can be adjusted according to the temperature adjusting instruction of the air-conditioner.
