Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a tissue-engineered body from human autogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells, belonging to the field of regenerative medicine. According to the invention, the autologous bone marrow of a patient is acquired under aseptic conditions and then subjected to stem cell separation and extraction and to culture and amplification so as to obtain a great number of the autogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells; and the cells are subjected to structural shrinkage by using G-2 bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell special culturing technology so as to obtain the tissue-engineered body with a stable structure. The method is simple and practicable and has high repeatability.
