Abstract

The spherical robot comprises a spherical shell (15) and an inner trolley inside the spherical shell (15), wherein a plurality of tension springs (17) are arranged on a roof panel (2) of the inner trolley; a position below the tension springs (17) is connected with a stretching and releasing device for enabling the inner trolley to obtain a reactive force by stretching and releasing the tension springs (17); the inner trolley hits the spherical shell (15) through the reactive force, so that the spherical robot obtains an initial speed and jumps. The spherical shell is better to isolate an external environment, prolong the life of an internal mechanism, and improve the capability of the robot to adapt to the external environment.
