The porcelain sleeve is coaxially arranged on a periphery of the capacitor core. Insulating oil is filled in the casing pipe insulation air gap defect simulation device. The internal portion of the hole of the casing pipe insulation air gap defect simulation device is provided with the high temperature resistance insulating tube with the air gap so as to simulate an air gap defect. The insulating layer whose internal portion is provided with the hole is close to the end screen so that an air gap defect partial discharge signal can be well spread.
