The high-voltage switch cabinet of the substation comprises a main transformer switch cabinet, a main transformer switch blade cabinet, a capacitor switch cabinet, a grounding variable switch cabinet, a female branch switch cabinet, a female branch switch blade cabinet, a bus voltage transformer cabinet and a line switch cabinet. According to the microcomputer anti-misoperation locking system for the high-voltage switch cabinet, five-prevention locks with an anti-misoperation locking function are added to a front cabinet door, a rear cabinet door, a trolley shaking hole and a grounding switch blade of the line switch cabinet respectively; and the five-prevention locks with the anti-misoperation locking function are added to the front cabinet doors, the rear cabinet doors and the trolley shaking holes of the main transformer switch cabinet, the main transformer switch blade cabinet, the capacitor switch cabinet, the grounding variable switch cabinet, the female branch switch cabinet, the female branch switch blade cabinet and the bus voltage transformer cabinet respectively.
