The anti-rollover device comprises a fixed frame, wherein the fixed frame is detachably arranged below a mine car track, and is provided with a holder; the holder comprises a left tumbler and a right tumbler correspondingly arranged on both sides of the track; one end of the left tumbler and one end of the right tumbler are provide with a collet respectively; the collets are in compression fit with the lower portions of a groove of a slant-legged channel steel with horizontal outward openings on both sides of a mine car chassis; the other end of the right tumbler is connected with a driving mechanism for driving the right tumbler to rotate; a right connecting rod is rotationally connected to a connecting shaft for connecting the right tumbler with the driving mechanism, and is rotationally connected with one end of a rocker arm which is rotationally connected to the fixed frame; the other end of the rocker arm is rotationally connected with a left connecting rod; the left connecting rod is rotationally connected with the other end of the left tumbler. By adopting the anti-rollover device, on-track fixed-point loading and unloading of the mine car can be realized. By compressing and limiting the slant-legged channel steel on the mine car chassis through the holder collets in a loading process, the mine car is prevented from rolling over. After loading is completed and materials are balanced, a rollover mechanism is opened.
