Abstract

A vacuum pumping intermediate relay and a first vacuum pumping normally-open contact corresponding to the vacuum pumping intermediate relay are arranged on the vacuum pumping loop. The two ends of the first vacuum pumping normally-open contact are connected with a first foot switch in parallel. A second vacuum pumping normally-open contact corresponding to the vacuum pumping intermediate relay is arranged on a loop where a vacuum pumping draught fan power socket is located. An on-off control contact is also arranged on the vacuum pumping loop. By adopting the design, an operator just needs to pedal the first foot switch, so that the vacuum pumping loop is closed, a self-locking structure is formed, the first foot switch does not need to be pedaled artificially all the time, and consequently the laser processing equipment circuit which enables workpiece fixing operation to be easier and more convenient is realized.
