Embodiment 1

[0039] 2kg manganese dioxide, 400g attapulgite, 30g Na 3 VO 4 12H 2 O and 400g of calcium carbonate were mixed with 500ml of water fully and uniformly, and the resulting mixture was heated to 700°C under a nitrogen atmosphere at a controlled heating rate of 2°C / min for 6 hours of high-temperature calcination, and then naturally cooled to room temperature. Crushed and granulated into particles with an average particle size of 1-3 cm. The obtained material was immersed in 5 L of culture solution containing active bacterial agents for 20 minutes, and then freeze-dried. This operation was repeated three times to obtain a porous medium material. The culture solution is: 1.0g MnCO in 1L distilled water 3 , 0.15g Fe(NH 4 )(SO4) 2 , 0.075g yeast extract, 0.15g sodium citrate, 0.05g Na 4 P 2 o 7 10H 2 O and 50g active bacteria. Described active bacterial agent refers to the active bacterial agent that is made by manganese oxidizing bacteria strain; Described manganese oxidizi...

Abstract

The invention provides a porous dielectric material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: (1) mixing manganese dioxide, attapulgite, Na3VO4.12H2O, calcium carbonate and water; (2) heating the mixture to the temperature of 400 DEG C to 800 DEG C, carrying out roasting for 6 to 20 hours for forming, then, cooling the formed substance to room temperature, and carrying out crushing granulation so as to prepare a granular material with the grain size of 1cm to 3cm; (3) submerging the granular material in a nutrient solution containing active bacterium agents for 20 to 30 minutes, then, taking out the granular material, removing surface moisture, and repeating the operation for 3 to 5 times, thereby obtaining the porous dielectric material, wherein the mass ratio of the manganese dioxide to the attapulgite to the Na3VO4.12H2O to the calcium carbonate to the water to the active bacterium agents is 1: (0.2-0.5): (0.0005-0.05): (0.15-0.4): (0.1-1): (0.0005-0.002). The dielectric material provided by the invention is economically feasible, green and environment-friendly and is remarkable in effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of groundwater pollution restoration, and in particular relates to a porous medium material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the development of economy and society, the content of organic matter in groundwater has increased sharply due to the substandard discharge of a large amount of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, the leakage of chemical products, and the extensive use of pesticides and other agricultural chemicals in rural areas, which has seriously affected human health. And the safety of the ecological environment has aroused widespread concern in the society. [0003] Permeable Reactive Barrier (PRB) technology is a kind of in-situ remediation technology for groundwater pollution that has developed rapidly in recent years, and has become the development direction of groundwater remediation technology. The types and effects of PRB on the r...
