Embodiment 1

[0054] 1. the preparation of the extract of Prunus japonicus of the present invention

[0055] Take the dried aerial part (6.5kg) of Prunus japonicus and cut it into small pieces of about 1.5cm with scissors, use 70% ethanol, heat and extract 3 times (30L each time) with a decoction machine (at a temperature of 60°C), combine and concentrate to obtain Plum japonicus japonicus The crude alcohol extract was concentrated to 4 L under reduced pressure, and then extracted with petroleum ether (5000 mL each time, 10 times of extraction) and ethyl acetate (4000 mL each time, 10 times of extraction).

[0056] The ethyl acetate extract was concentrated, passed through a normal phase silica gel column, and sequentially washed with petroleum ether-ethyl acetate 100:1 (3000mL), 50:1 (4000mL), 10:1 (6000mL), 1:1 (10000mL), 2:3 (10500mL) and ethyl acetate (11500mL) eluent were eluted, and the eluted part of the ethyl acetate eluent was taken, and concentrated under reduced pressure to remov...

Embodiment 2

[0078] Example 2 The screening of process conditions in the separation and preparation of four kinds of tannin compounds in the present invention

[0079] The inventors mainly screened the elution fraction obtained from the ethyl acetate extraction fraction and the solvent system in high-speed countercurrent chromatography.

Abstract

The invention discloses a potentilla plant extract which includes not less than 6% w/w of procyanidine B7 and not less than 4% w/w of 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-galloylglucose. The extract is used for resisting inflammation and oxidization, promoting wound healing, resisting bacteria and virus, promoting urine, eliminating edema, treating dermatophytosis due to cold and dampness and treating prurigo and mastitis. In the invention, four tannin compounds, including procyanidine B3, procyanidine B6, the procyanidine B7 and the 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-galloylglucose, are separated and prepared from the potentilla plant extract, product purities being higher than 95%. The method has large preparation quantity and is suitable for industrial application.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of natural medicines, in particular to extracts from Potentilla genus Prunus microphyllum, and separating and preparing proanthocyanidin B3, proanthocyanidin B6, proanthocyanidin B7 and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-galloc from the extract acylglucose method. Background technique [0002] Existing studies have shown that a variety of plants in the genus Potentilla are medicinal plants, which have anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and anti-tumor effects; and tannins are important components of this genus. Tannin active substances are divided into two categories: condensed tannins (including proanthocyanidins) and hydrolyzed tannins, which have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, wound healing, antibacterial, and antiviral effects. [0003] Potentilla parvifolia (Potentilla parvifolia Fisch.) is a kind of plant in the genus Potentilla, specifically a deciduous shrub of the genus Potentilla in the family Rosaceae, also known as ...
