The hydrogen machine provided by the invention comprises a liquid inlet device, a reactor, a purifier, a check valve, a gas-water mixing cooler, a gas-water separator and a sewage discharge liquid storage tank. In the preparation process, reaction liquid is injected into the reactor through the liquid inlet device, and the start/stop of the reaction is controlled through a liquid inlet valve; a foam-containing crude product of hydrogen prepared by the reactor is purified and preliminarily cooled through the purifier; the pure hydrogen is further cooled by the gas-water mixing cooler; and finally, the hydrogen and cooled water are separated by the gas-water separator to achieve an aim of inflation. The hydrogen prepared by the hydrogen machine provided by the invention has high purity, and the inflation effect is good; and meanwhile, the reaction raffinate can be reasonably recycled, the energy consumption and material consumption are greatly reduced, and the whole preparation process is economical, reasonable, environmentally friendly and safe.
