Abstract

The steel bridge deck comprises an orthotropic steel bridge deck and the light-thin wear-proof anti-skid layer disposed on the steel bridge deck, wherein the light-thin wear-proof anti-skid layer is composed of an reactive polymer adhesive and single-grading wear-proof aggregates; the steel bridge deck is coated by the reactive polymer adhesive to form a waterproof adhesion layer; and the single-grading aggregates are uniformly spread on the adhesion layer to form a course wear-proof layer. The total thickness of the wear-proof anti-skid layer is 6-10 mm; a dynamic friction value exceeds 70; the weight is light, so the bridge weight is only increased slightly; resistance to water and corrosion is excellent; and resistance to wear and skidding is outstanding. The steel bridge deck disclosed by the invention has the advantages that advantages of high polymer material technologies and factory pre-pavement technologies are applied; defects of weak resistance of the steel bridge deck to wear, skidding and corrosion are solved; and safety and comfort are improved in travelling.
