The invention relates to a modulus-maintaining water-retaining hydrogel dressing and a preparation method thereof.The
mechanical property of hydrogel is enhanced by forming a physical cross-linked and chemical cross-linked network, and all components form a semi-interpenetrating network with physical cross-linked points through
hydrogen bonds; the
lysine polymer or the derivative thereof is added into the
reactive polymer in an
epoxy ring opening manner in a chemical
grafting manner, chemical crosslinking points are increased, freezing and unfreezing are performed in an
aqueous solution to enhance
hydrogen-bond interaction, and water in the
reactive polymer can be effectively prevented from being lost. The method is simple in preparation process, hydrogel with different gradient strengths can be obtained, and the dressing is excellent in
water retention performance in the using process, has the capacity of maintaining the initial modulus on the
wound surface for a long time and can retain the
lysine polymer and the derivative thereof for a long time, so that long-acting antibacterial and long-acting
wound healing are achieved. The low-modulus dressing significantly reduces proliferation of
smooth muscle actin and I-type collagen, and promotes scar-free healing of wounds. The dressing disclosed by the invention is high in
biological safety, strong in reproducibility, simple and convenient in process and huge in application potential.
