The device comprises a base, a conveyor belt, a proximity switch, a stopper, a push cylinder, a measurement bracket, a camera holder, an image shooting module, a closed shell, and a compression cylinder. The image shooting module comprises parallel light sources, an industrial camera, a reflecting mirror group, and a half-transparent and half-reflecting mirror group. The reflecting mirror group and the half-transparent and half-reflecting mirror group concentrate parallel light emitted by the four parallel light sources of different colors and make the concentrated light shine on the same industrial camera, a shot image is analyzed by use of the three channels of the industrial camera, and then, whether the mounting holes are qualified is judged.
